Ti Punch

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. Cihuatán Indigo
1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
1 Lemon Slice
Sparkling Water

Instructions

Place the lemon slice at the bottom of the glass. Add the simple syrup and rum. Muddle carefully, making sure to only touch the inside of the lemon. Add ice. Stir with bar spoon. You can add sparkling soda.
