COFFE AND RUM

Ingredients:

1 ½ oz. Cihuatán Cinabrio
½ oz. simple syrup
1 espresso shot
1 grapefruit slice

Instructions:

In a shaker or jar, add all ingredients and shake well. Strain the mixture into a glass with ice, decorate and serve.
