Rum Sour

Ingredients

2 oz. Cihuatán Indigo
1 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
½ oz. Egg Whites
Splash Half and Half
3 Drops Cacao Bitters

Instructions

Chill glass with ice. Add ice and all ingredients into a shaker. Shake lightly. Strain and stir to make it frothier.
