Dalgona
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Cihuatán Indigo
2 oz. milk
1 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. water
Instructions:
In a bowl add the instant coffee, honey and warm water. Mix well with a whisk until obtaining a thick and creamy texture.
In a separate container or cocktail shaker, add Cihuatán Indigo, the cold milk and the cinnamon (you can add sugar if you want it sweeter). Mix all ingredients well. Add the ice. Top with the coffee mixture.
