Cihuatán Suerte is a limited edition rum inspired by the legend of Muwaan Mat, Mayan god of luck. The Mayan people believed that this god shared the gift of good luck through crystals. To harness it, they would filter water with quartz in a sacred ritual, and then enjoy drinks in enchanting feasts.

OUR INSPIRATION

“To craft this limited edition rum, I was inspired by the mayan tradition
of filtering water using quartz crystals. The ancient Maya believed that
when shooting stars would hit the earth, they would transform into quartz.
They would then harness their power by filtering water with quartz. It turns
out there is also science behind this, as quartz would purify the water and
give it a uniquely pleasant flavor. My team and I decided to try this with our
rum, and thus, this legendary limited edition was born!”
